Her classes are varied from week to week and include different styles of yoga with the aim of helping you to build strength and flexibility for the whole body. Each class begins with some calming breath work, followed by a selection of movements and poses which include balances, standing strength and floor work, we end each session with a lovely relaxation (or Savasana).
