A great balance of a workout - Come and exercise to music - 30 minutes of low impact fat burning with use of small weights (optional) followed by 30 minutes of exercises concentrating on the legs, bum and tummy area.

WHAT IS THE PRICING? The class is included if you are a gold member. If you are not a member, you can pay per class online or choose to buy a multicard which is an upfront payment for 4 classes (any fitness classes we run) and works out at a cheaper price per class than pay as you go
