A great balance of a workout - 30 minutes of cardio aerobics to get that heart pumping followed by 30 minutes of exercises concentrating on the legs, bums and tummy area.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
Everyone. All abilities are very welcome.
WHEN DOES IT RUN?
Tuesday mornings from 9.30am to 10.30am, so we set you up for the day ahead
WHAT IS THE PRICING?
The class is included if you are a gold member.
If you are not a member, you can pay per class online or choose to buy a multicard which is an upfront payment for 4 classes (any fitness classes we run) and works out at a cheaper price per class than pay as you go
