Come and enjoy a relaxing Sauna session here at Debenham Sports And Leisure.

For only £5 a session you can gain some great health benefits such as easing pain,  reducing stress levels,  improving cardiovascular health, skin problems and asthma.

Our infrared sauna is located in-between  both male and female changing rooms.
We ask all customers to wear appropriate clothing such as swim wear or light gym clothing.  

Please bring a towel to sit on. 

​Free showers are available in both sets of changing rooms. 

Please note, you must be 16 or over to use the Sauna.

​Sauna sessions are included in Gym Membership and Gold Membership packages and in the one-off session or trial price for the gym.
