We run a number of different Pilates classes at Debenham Sports and Leisure.

These are led by independent instructors and booking must be made direct with them. 

Booking is essential to guarantee your space.

Our Pilates classes are not included in our multi-card or Gold Membership.

WHEN DO THE PILATES CLASSES RUN?

• Fridays 9:30am - 10:20am for intermediates with MHK Pilates with Kim
• Fridays 10:30am - 11:20am for beginners with MHK Pilates with Kim ​
• Saturdays 9:00am - 10:00am for all with Joanne
