We work alongside Debenham Group Practice to offer a gym referral programme for adults who would benefit from supported exercise sessions.

If you feel that you or someone you know could benefit from this type of session and are registered at Debenham Group Practice (Debenham, Otley or Grundisburgh Doctors Surgeries) then just pop in to our reception and ask us for a GP referral form or speak to your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.

​Sessions are available twice a week for a 12 week period.

Our trained instructors are qualified to work with clients with the following conditions:

• High blood pressure
• Weight loss / obesity
• Diabetes
• Antenatal/postnatal
• Osteoporosis
• Osteoarthritis
• Asthma
• Stress/anxiety/depression
• Stroke
• Quitting smoking
• Fibromyalgia
• Neurological conditions (eg Parkinson's Disease, MS)
• Cancer remission
• Or if you have any other conditions that would benefit from this service, please contact us for more details
