WHAT TO EXPECT
Debenham Movers combines movement and a cup of tea to provide a positive and creative outlet for people over 55 in Debenham.
The class aims to make dance and movement more accessible by pairing the activity with the chance to meet new people in a friendly and relaxed environment. Led by a team of professional dance artists, Debenham Movers gives the opportunity to socialise and get moving in a fun and relaxed environment.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
Debenham Movers is a weekly class for everyone over 55. The classes are designed to benefit you both mentally and physically. No experience is necessary and led by experienced dance artists, you will explore a range of taught and improvisational exercises, to get your body moving, have a chance to socialise and most importantly have fun!
WHEN ARE CLASSES HELD?
Every Tuesday, 10.00am – 11.00am
