​Come and join us for our new class 'Silver Swans'

Which is an initiative by the Royal Academy of Dance, for older learners to take part in ballet classes.

What to Expect?
The movements are low-impact, fun and specifically designed for over-55's. The classes are great for improving mobility, coordination, balance and stamina, and all set to recognisable classical ballet music.

Do I need to bring equipment?
​No equipment is needed, just wear comfortable footwear such as trainers or socks. Ballet shoes can be purchased, please speak
​with Lily and she will guide you. 

When are the classes?
Silver Swans runs every Wednesday 10:45-11:15

What is the pricing?
Each class costs £8.00
If you block book your classes for a minimum of six weeks, then you will receive a discounted rate of £7.50 per class
