Come and try out our Indoor Group Cycling classes with either Claire or Milly or Lauren .

HOW LONG DOES THE CLASS LAST?
Each class is 45 minutes of fun filled hard work with a variety of different moves to keep you going.  Our gentle session lasts 30 minutes.

We have two types of Indoor Cycling bikes but it is first come first served so get in quick if you have a preference.  

Our Indoor Cycling bikes have pedals that are designed to take cycling shoes or cleats, so please feel free to bring them along with you.

If you are new to the Indoor Cycling scene, please do not worry. Come in just before your class  and have a chat with your instructor, they will be happy to guide you though the session.  

WHEN ARE THE CLASSES?
Mondays 9.30am - 10.15am with Milly & 8.15pm - 9pm with Milly
Tuesdays 7pm - 7.45pm with Claire
Wednesdays 6pm - 6.45pm with Lauren
Friday 10.30am-11am (gentle cycling) with Milly & 5.30pm - 6pm with Milly
Saturdays 8.30am - 9.15am with Claire

HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
These classes are part of our multicard offer and gold membership so you can save money on our pay as you go rates.  However, if you prefer, you can still pay per class.
