At Debenham Sports & Leisure, we're looking to introduce holiday clubs for Primary aged and early Secondary aged children - but only if this is something you want and would use!
This survey is designed for parents and carers who would be interested in using a holiday club.
We want to make sure that we know what you need from school holiday provision - what's important to you, and what's not.
It should only take a few minutes to complete.
