During Shift

• No alcohol to be consumed whilst on duty.
• Remember the No Smoking policy.
• If Customers want to use the Patio, put the light on. The plug is next to the TV
• Staff are allowed 10 minutes break. Reception Staff will cover for you.
• Make sure all tables and bar are regularly wiped down, cleared and kept tidy.
• Check Patio for mess and glasses.
• Make sure there are ashtrays on Patio.
• Make sure you offer ice and lemon and use the correct glass for each drink.
• Customers MUST pay in full at the time of supply. NO Tabs and NO pay later.
• We do not cash Cheques nor do we offer Cash Back (we are not a Bank).
• There is a minimum purchase of £5 for the use of Credit Cards.
