There are two sessions to choose from!

45 minutes every Thursday evening 6:00pm-6:45pm
(Slightly higher intensity but suitable for anyone)

Or

Gentle Clubbercise Friday mornings 9:00am-9:40am
(low intensity class suitable for anyone)

What is Clubbercise?
Clubbercise is a mixture of dancing and exercises to music, whilst having fun and working out.

Where is the class?
In the dance studio every week to get you in the mood for the weekend. 

Do I need to bring any equipment? 
All you need its water bottle, (Glow sticks will be provided) and bring good vibes. 

WHAT IS THE PRICING?
The class is included if you are a gold member.
If you are not a member, you can pay per class online or choose to buy a multicard which is an upfront payment for 4 classes (any fitness classes we run) and works out at a cheaper price per class than pay as you go
