Come and try out our Indoor Group Cycling classes with either Claire or Siobhan .
Each class is 45mins of fun filled hard work with a variety of different moves to keep you going.
We have two types of Indoor Cycling bikes but it is first come first serve so get in quick.
Our Indoor Cycling bikes have pedals that are designed to take cycling shoes or cleats, so please feel free to bring them along with you.
If you are new to the Indoor Cycling scene, please do not worry. Come in just before your class and have a chat with your instructor, they will be happy to guide you though the session.
We have a Cycle & Circuits session on Monday evenings which works on both cardio and toning. This consists of 20 minuets Indoor Cycling and 20 minuets of Circuits. This class is allowed an hour as there is a room change after the cycling and calming stretching at the end of each session.
